GLAS Smart Thermostat
As Creative Lead on GLAS, I helped shape the connected thermostat experience across device and mobile—working through research, prototypes, and partner collaboration to reach a shipped product.
Print Engine
I led UX across two releases, using usability studies to resolve template editing and print-settings behavior with Firmware. The result became a shared GUI across seven printer models.
Facility Manager Portal
As UX Team Lead and Creative Director, I led site research, aligned disciplines on commissioning, and changed the device strategy after alpha feedback. Delivered a build-ready prototype for administrators and technicians.
